About us

We're MindMax Labs, a frontier human intelligence laboratory: our mission is to help nurture a million human geniuses.

We research and build products and technologies that amplify and extend people's capacity to learn, to think, to imagine, and to remember.

We're a small remote–first group of engineers and applied philosophers who've built multiple apps with >10m users, scaled important businesses, won memory championships, built spherical concert halls, and published books and articles on the mind and consciousness.

Our team is very small, culturally and intellectually diverse, and talent dense. We especially love working with product-obsessed people with diverse interdisciplinary backgrounds and rich life experience to draw from. We enjoy learning, experimentation, scientific and philosophical debate, and shipping with lightning speed.

We believe, as Goethe did, that if everyone fulfilled their youthful potential, we'd have nothing but geniuses on our hands.

If this excited you, we'd be delighted to hear from you.

Applying

To apply, please email your resumé to jobs@mindmax.it with a brief description of a creative project, personal or professional, that showcases work of which you're proud, and an explanation of why MindMax's mission lights you up.

If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach out to schedule 2-3 short interviews. The final step is 14 hours of paid work over any period of time to road-test how we work together, for mutual benefit.
